Three Sixty was created to provide a personal service, strong client relationships are at the forefront of everything we do. Since 2008 we have built up a loyal and impressive client base nationwide and the relationships we have established mean everything to us.

Today, we employ a growing team of hand-picked insurance experts, who collectively have the wide-ranging expertise and in-depth knowledge to provide the ultimate insurance service. Our business is all about protecting lifestyles, assets and business needs and our team is equipped to do just that.

As well as finding the right insurance cover, we are also there to provide assistance if clients need to make a claim. Our understanding and the relationships we have built up can prove invaluable, as well as extremely reassuring, when the worst happens. You can read about one of our recent cases below.

Perhaps unusually in this digital age, we strongly believe in the old-fashioned approach of spending time with our clients. This creates an affinity built on trust and it allows us to uniquely tailor our advice to individual circumstances.

Three Sixty is a part of Gauntlet Insurance Services Limited/Global Risk Partners Limited (GRP), one of the UK’s largest independent insurance intermediary groups. As part of GRP we can combine our local, professional service with the resources and negotiating power of a national organisation, to the benefit of our clients.

Claims case study

As part of our renewal review process, we offered a client a Free Jewellery Valuation Service from one of our partners. We wanted to ensure his pieces were insured for the correct replacement value. It transpired that all items were underinsured so cover was increased to provide adequate protection.

A year later whilst away on holiday, our client had the unfortunate experience of having a watch stolen from his hotel room. Before the valuation the watch was specified on the policy at £40,000 on an Agreed Value Basis. This had subsequently been increased to £45,350. However, the watch was a limited edition and the cost to replace it at the time of the loss had increased to £59,995. As the item had been valued within the last two years, Chubb paid the full amount to replace the watch.

Our client was very pleased with the service and advice he had received. “The valuation provided by your partner was well worth it. I would not have been able to get a like for like replacement on the missing watch if it wasn’t for this and the advice you gave. In the end this is a fantastic outcome to conclude an awful experience.”
